Is it easy to use?

The DOTSER CMS content editor looks and works similarly to Microsoft Word, which ensures that non-technical users can start using the system immediately, with minimum training.
For the more advanced user, DOTSER CMS allows designers to edit HTML code directly.

How much control do I have?
DOTSER CMS users have full control over the structure and hierarchy of their website, being able to manage multi-level hierarchical menus, and change parent-child relationships with ease.
DOTSER CMS users can also simply upload documents, images and files to be visible on webpages, without the need for FTP software.

Advanced users can also change layouts and design.

Is training provided?
DOTSER CMS standard package includes one-on-one training, if required, and a simple user guide is provided.

If I already have a site with somebody else, can DOTSER help me improve it?
Yes. If you already have a website or hosting package with another provider, we can take over control of the site with your permission, transfer it to our platform and develop a professional website. We can provide a revamp or freshen up an existing website quickly, or build a new design from scratch.
If you have issues with your current website for whatever reason DOTSER can help.

When will my Website Design project begin?
Your project timeline begins on the day of your website design consultation. From this day forward, DOTSER will continue to work on your website until we complete and publish your website. Depending on the website design option you purchase, your website will be completed in 14 to 21 days from this date.

How frequently should my website be updated?
Updating your website depends on what area of business you are in and how you want to use your website. Dotser recommends regularly updating your website at least once a month, more regularly if you want to seriously compete on the search engine listings. Businesses should have a schedule of updating their website on a constant basis also to ensure return customer visits.

When my website is live, can I update my website?
If you purchased a standard Website Package, you can log into the Dotser CMS (Content Management System) which includes a Website Builder Tool which will alow you to make the necessary changes to your website.

If I don't want to edit the website content myself, can DOTSER edit it for me?
You can purchase once off or ongoing website update credits in increments of 60 minutes.
You can then use this time to ask the DOTSER design team to edit your website content.
We will provide a quote for each request.

Can DOTSER use elements of my existing website? Or do I have to start with a completely new design?
The DOTSER team will can integrate the best elements of your current site or start afresh. In our experience for best results, DOTSER will start from scratch which will help improve the design, layout and content of your current website.
